Shipping Information
It is not very possible to calculate the exact S&H charge for each destination. So our system calculate the best average.
For wholesales ordering, due to the size, weight and dimensions of wholesale orders, we are unable to calculate the exact cost of shipping until the order is ready to ship. Once your order is ready to ship and we have the exact cost of shipping, we will then bill your credit card or ask you to transfer the amount due. Normally shipping charges range from $5 - $7 per kilogram depending on the destination and most shipping is done via DHL or you can use your own forwarder.
Q:
Do you deliver to all countries?
A: We deliver to most countries however we reserve the right to refuse any order
we deem as having a high risk of fraud. In the event we deem your transaction to
be at risk, you have the option to pay via telex transfer, Money Gram or Western
Union.
Q: Why
does it take so long to receive my order?
A: There are a number of reasons why. As your shipment is coming from Thailand,
it is an international shipment. International shipments take longer than
domestic shipments as they need to clear customs. We cannot possibly carry all
items in stock therefore some products need to be made by the factory. All
products are handmade, authentic Thai products and there is a limit to how many
products can be made each month.
Another important reason is, all orders have to be in queue. First come, first serve.
If you pay by credit card, we
will get the Authorization Code to check whether the card is valid BUT we will
not get cash until the order is ready to be shipped.
Q: How do
I know my order was received?
A: Once your order has been received and processed, you will receive an invoice,
normally by the few minute after you complete the order.
Q: How is my order shipped?
A: We ship registered, return receipt airmail, E.M.S. or DHL (you will see ULC
in our website) as our standard shipping methods. Wholesale orders are
shipped via DHL or air cargo. Sorry, we can not ship C.O.D. Please note, we
reserve the right to modify shipping charges if need be.
If you have your own forwarder,
we welcome to use yours.
Q: Where
is Thai Boxing Gear located and where is my order shipped from?
A: We are located in Bangkok, Thailand and all orders are shipped from Bangkok,
Thailand.
Q: After
I've placed my order, is there any way to change it or change the shipping
address?
A: If you need to change your order in any way, please email us immediately at
sales@thaiboxinggear.com and we will do so if possible. If the order has
already been processed or shipped we are unable to make any changes.

sell wholesale?
A: Yes, we do both retails and wholesales. We can handle all sizes of
orders from one pair

Q: Where are you and where do your products come from?
A: We are based on Bangkok, Thailand. The mother land of Muay Thai. All
products come direct from Thailand.
Q: How do
I order?
A: You may order by using our online shopping cart, by email or by fax. If you
are ordering online,
click the add to cart buttons, checkout when you are finished and fill in all
the pertinent information.
You can pay through with any major credit card. Once we receive your
payment we will proceed with the order.
Q: What
payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit cards thru our SSL website.
We also accept Western Union, Telex Transfers, Bank or International Money Order, Cashier Check, Draft. For all kind of these method, we need $5 to add on top of total amount. We have to pay $5 when we get cash. There is no extra charge if you pay by credit card.
For American Express, the amount that you see on Amex's Statement will be higher than our invoice. This is because of Exchange Rate Methodology of American Express.
Q:
How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Delivery time will vary depending on the products ordered, size of order,
time of year, destination
and workload.

Q: Will
you continually update me on the status of my order?
A: Generally speaking, no. Orders are normally delivered within the above
stated timeframes. If not,
you can e-mail us regarding an order, leave an email address
where we can reach you.
Once your order is received and paid for, your order will be prepared and shipped to you. If you require your order more quickly, please email us before placing your order and we will inform you if this is possible. We are unable to rush custom orders and we cannot cancel or refund your order once it is placed. All delivery times given are estimates only and your order may or may not take longer than the delivery times stated. Once the order has been placed, all sales are final, you agree to all terms and conditions and you understand your sale is a binding contract.

Refunds and Exchanges
Q: Can I
get a refund?
A: We normally only issue refunds when a product is defective. Of course we will
issue replacements free of charge for any incorrectly shipped, damaged or
otherwise defective or erroneous products. The term "defective" does not cover
any wear and tear no matter how short a time span. Please note, we are unable to
refund, exchange or cancel any custom order once it is started, no matter what
the reason. All orders are taken, processed and manufactured on a first-come,
first-serve basis.
Q: What if
I order the wrong size?
A: Normally there are few problems with sizes however in the event of ordering
an incorrect size, we will issue an exchange. All shipping costs are the
responsibility of you, the customer. If we are charged to import the shorts back
into Thailand, we will either charge your credit card or bill you for the amount
of duty or tax assessed. You will be notified via email or telephone before you
are charged. No credits or exchanges will be issued for soiled or worn items
under any circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise,
which in our sole opinion, has been used, tampered with or mishandled. Once any
item has been used, it cannot be returned.
All merchandise, until returned and actually received, is at your risk from all hazards. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. If your order is returned to us as unclaimed, we will issue a refund for the total minus the shipping cost and restocking charge (20%) or you may submit a second payment to re-ship your order.
We must be notified of any exchanges within 5 days from the receipt of the merchandise via returns@thaiboxinggear.com and your order must then be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any credits given are given within 30 days of return of the merchandise.

Customs and Duties
Q: Will
there be customs duties and fees on my purchase?
A: If you are ordering less than $200, there is much less chance than if you are
ordering a wholesale or bulk order. Customs randomly chooses which shipments
they will inspect so we can not guarantee that you will not be charged duties by
them.
Merchandise and shipping cost does not ever include any tax or duties levied by your customs once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office to find out more. We will not refund any shipping charges if your orders cannot be cleared and is returned to us by your countries customs department. We will not bear any additional costs incurred related to the return of that package. If we are charged to get the shipment back into Thailand, we will deduct the costs from the amount you paid for the order. If the cost to import the order back into Thailand is greater than what you paid, we will charge your credit card or bill you for the remaining balance.
